Mbourake is a classic of African cuisine! Ideal for snack or breakfast, children love it! You can also cook it for Ramadan.

Preparation of Mbourake

In a large bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, sugar and peanut paste with your hands until you get a mixture with the texture of brown sugar. You can add a little bit of water if needed.

In a bowl, a verrine or a deep plate, add cottage cheese (or Greek yogurt) and add your Mbourake on top.

Cut the fruits you have chosen to accompany your Mbourake: Apples, Pears, Bananas, Strawberries, Pineapple...
