Peel, cut and salt the plantainsPeel the plantains and cut them into fairly thin slices. Add salt to it. |

In a frying pan, pot or fryer, heat peanut oil (you can also use palm or sunflower oil). Once the oil is boiling, dip your banana slices in it, without burning yourself! |

And here is the job! Your Ivorian allocos are now nicely browned and ready to eat. I advise you to drain them or wipe them with a paper towel to remove excess oil. This will make your alloco more digestible and healthier! |
